Proceedings:
There are two additional sections in the CFI standard related to structured instruments that we have not yet covered. These include CFI clause 6.4.7, capital protected structured instruments, and 6.4.8, other structured instruments without capital protection. We raised DER-142 to address these and incorporate any gaps into the new structured instruments ontology.
