There are two additional sections in the CFI standard related to structured instruments that we have not yet covered. These include CFI clause 6.4.7, capital protected structured instruments, and 6.4.8, other structured instruments without capital protection. We raised DER-142 to address these and incorporate any gaps into the new structured instruments ontology, and initiated work on adding them. Note that there are other features of structured instruments in clause 6.2.8, 6.4.7 and 6.4.8 that we also need to address. We will continue working on this and ABS on Friday in the SEC call.
