20180723 FIBO FBC
EK did a bunch of triage to move stuff out of EXT ontologies so as to eliminate dependencies. Upon opening the hood, it was discovered that a number of definitions needed work (see SEC-39 for detailed summary).
Upshot: it added material to two released ontologies in FND.
Promoted Beneficiary to Agreements ontology. Need to make TrustBeneficiary a child, potentially, of Beneficiary.
Obligor and Obligee moved into Agreements.
Appropriate children have been identified, though the list will likely grow over time. This addresses FBC-44; note to be added and item closed upon publication of SEC-39 fixes.
Discussion of Obligations under Claim--proposal to kill that parent/child and leave obligations
under Duty.
Change on the fly to address.
Need to add conferedByContract to contractualObligation - done on fly.
Got clarification from David Saul regarding number of shares specified in a position as being potentially fractional, so had to change xsd type.
Custodian lacked label - both fixed on fly.
numberOfVotesPerShare should decimal, not integer - fixed on fly.
Removing reference to contractsExtensions in contractualRelationship. Moving class to the
only place it is used. Thereby deleting contractualExtensions.rdf

Looking at need for contractsIllustrative.rdf--seems to duplicate items in FBC and is not referenced by anything. Can be killed. Will be rolled into SEC-39
contractElements.rdf (or parts of it) should be reviewed and made active. Will likely come up in Derivatives.
