To move the ball forward, we (1) created the subclass for common convertible shares, (2) created four subclasses of voting right corresponding to the options available in the CFI standard, and (3) created unrestricted and restricted share subclasses to cover restrictions on sales.  Elisa will add classes for paid status to equitites offline.

With respect to bearer/registered, this concept applies to securities more generally, and thus should be added to the securities issuance ontology, and Elisa will add it there (with four subclasses).  She will also create two subclasses for the most common cases, which are common, voting, fully paid, registered, and common, enhanced voting, fully paid, registered so that we can demonstrate how to apply the CFI standard to the alphabet shares in our examples.  We'll discuss how to address the codes themselves, as classes or individuals, next week, including whether or not to automate development of the codes.
