Robert explained the use case related to Canadian tax accounting and the VAT numbers needed to support some of the businesses he supports. Discussion led to the need to normalize the documentation related to using the FIBO tools / serializer to contribute, etc. Robert will update his pull request based on our input and we will continue the discussion next week.
