Proceedings:
Today we discussed LOAN-161 and the potential of merging it. We agreed that John would approve it and Pete would review and approve or suggest additional changes so that we can merge it and move forward with ACTUS integration.
We then reviewed the issue that Pawel raised with respect to representation of voting rights. We agreed that in order to address that issue, we would (1) move the restrictions that state how many votes per share one gets from the named individuals of type voting right to the share classes, and then (2) deprecate the named individuals and class for voting right.
