John suggested that he would create a diagram that shows how structured finance works and the relationships between the instruments, pools and other things, given that this whole area is confusing. Added principal protected note and structured finance without capital protection and pushed this draft out (SEC-164) so that John can review it and use it as the basis for creating a the diagram.
