Decisions
Primary decision was to delay our IND 1.1 RTF report until June. None of the open issues we've completed are urgent enough to warrant the update now, and we need to work on several of the bigger ones, including definitions for statistical methods, statistical quantities, and market indices before republishing. Also, the common interest rates need to be further fleshed out, with LIBOR and EURIBOR in the normative ontology and others for Scandinavia, EU countries, etc. refactored into smaller jurisdiction-specific ontologies that are informative and can be loaded as desired.
In addition to Bobbin, Lucy indicated that she would help review resolutions as time permits and with respect to the content of the changed text. If we don't republish until June, that gives us time to do these as they are ready, rather than scrambling right before submission.
