Revised the definition from CPIconsumer to UltimateConsumer, to provide a better name with respect to the semantics for non-US users. (IND-51)
Added a high-level property for describing the method used to calculate a statistical measure (IND-18)
Reviewed the UNECE GSBPM - generic statistical business process model – see https://statswiki.unece.org/display/GSBPM/GSBPM+v5.0 for detail; we could leverage / reference this for further definitions in economic indicators as appropriate ... Dan will walk us through this next week (May 4th)
