Discussion of Natural Person vs Legally capable person. The former is currently in BE, the latter in FND. At the very least this is backwards. Two issues:
1. how to resolve: deprecate and start from scratch or rework each to make right.
2. While it is clear that these are backwards, Pete asks if all this stuff should be in FND (while we have the hood open).
