Today we reviewed DER-143, but agreed that we really need to review the attributes of any currency derivative against ACTUS and the CFI, to make sure that what we have is correct. We eliminated a couple of duplicate restrictions, and pushed the results out, but did not make other changes given that John was unavailable.
