Proceedings:
Discussed the process going forward for working on GitHub, to determine how we should work in the Derivatives area going forward. There are a couple of issues with respect to the use of Github that may mean we really need to address this with the council, including lack of ability of bankers to log in to github to contribute, to raise issues, etc. There is also the IP issue - most organizations do not want their employees contributing to github without approval, so there are challenges for multiple reasons.
