Proceedings:

Today we discussed equity swaps mainly - how they are the same and where they differ from interest rate swaps.  Interestingly, they are apparently more about voting rights and control than about swapping the cash flows from dividends vs., for example, a treasury bond.  John will look for examples for us, as well as some details of the controlled vocabularies involved.
