Proceedings:
Reviewed the results of last weeks' revision to the Security-Based Derivatives. We noticed that there is no common Equity Swap class, but there are several kinds of swap contracts mentioned: Equity Dividend Swap, two 'statistical swaps', and Equity Return Swap. There should probably be some sort of common parent for these, and we need to understand the distinctions, whether the class hierarchy makes sense, etc. We raised DER-75 to address this.
We discussed reaching out to a couple of SMEs - Jeff will try to do that and see if anyone is interested in supporting the work over the coming week.
