Proceedings:

Today we discussed the revisions for SEC-145 that are in flight - Pete has sent examples that Elisa will rework based on the latest updates to the ontologies.  We also discussed the DER-86 issue, namely, to create a top-level FixedLeg and top-level FloatingLeg class in the swaps ontology, which Elisa will work on for review over the coming week.
