Proceedings:

Today we discussed some of the work John is doing with respect to mapping CFR parts 39 and 45, as well as ensuring that we have coverage of the CPMI/IOSCO critical data elements (CDE), which we now have much of, but should review again.  We also spent some time on DER-124, which aims to fill certain gaps in the swaps definitions from the CFI standard.  We added a zero coupon swap and discussed the requirements for an overnight index swap, which will be addressed between now and our call next week for review.
