Proceedings:

Today we discussed what it would take to finalize the Q4 FIBO release. These include:

1. DER-127
2. GitHub issue for EBITDA
3. MIC codes
4. Deprecation of elements in FIBO for Commons 1.1 updates

We completed the changes needed for DER-127 and the GItHub EBITDA, and Elisa will work on the MIC codes next. The plan is to complete items 3 and 4 to finalize the release.
