20170502 FIBO FPT RDF ToolKit


All FIBO's have /, never have a #. SKOS has only #, never /.  So when the code looks for both, therefore nothing is lost.


JL: When a person looks at FIBO-V (SKOS), does our link end in a / or a # ? Starts with fibo-glossary. Ends in /.


The real FIBO ends in / URIs.  Version IRI question. JG and DA do not agree on how version IRI's are resolved. Therefore, we need to generate 2 files. One must be versioned.  DA: In the Glossary we will need FYN.   CC: IRI stays the same, the binding between the URL and IRI defines the version. DA: What does the Glossary then to do the resolve?  DA: If both the Vocab and the Ontology are loaded then that can work. JG add triple isDefined URL then versioning can work.


JL: Why not just a header with the version, we are not going to have multiple versions in one file.  DA: Could do that.


ACTION: Dean to write what JG says will work and try it and see if it does work.


If we leave our code like it is then, the detailed cross references does not work.  Is this a problem? NO!  A JIRA will be written on this, but low priority.


JG: Package all in one file and versions all together and all of this works.


DA on the MU blocking issue must do this manually.


ACTION: DA fix the SKOS generator and change from glossary to vocabulary


DW actions a pull request and asks if the result goes to JIRA?  Omar:  JIRA is monitoring GitHub infra repository - there was no smart commit put in in terms of comment , but the change was picked up and linked to the ticket ; we have two methods that are currently monitoring GitHub from JIRA ; the out of the box DVCS and a plugin from BigBrassBand ; the group should probably pick one, but I think having two on doesn't hurt anything either.
