Proceedings:

Today we walked through the remaining JIRA issues and agreed to address 3 of them by Monday: (1) revise the property type on actualExpression, (2) add a property called hasCoverageArea for use in talking about statistical agencies or others that don't really have a jurisdiction, and (3) update the set of common interest rates to the latest ones published by FpML.

Next steps will include working on market indicies and modeling individuals.
