Proceedings:
Discussed the provisional basket indices ontology and it's relationship with the MD provisional credit events ontology. Reviewed the Markit document on credit indices in that context, see https://www.markit.com/news/Credit%20Indices%20Primer.pdf. Note that we would like to model an individual index before going much further, and that there may be a need to move MonetaryMeasure "up the food chain" or eliminate a dependency on QuantityValue for MonetaryAmount in order to make this work properly.
