Proceedings:
Discussed the ongoing work to migrate the general statistics content of economic indicators to Foundations/Utilities/Analytics (IND-24, which is an older issue involving the underspecified definition of statistical measure, which these elements address). This initial effort is in work, and subsequently, in an additional JIRA issue, we'll augment it with the work we've been doing with Dan on a general model of this material. Dan will send an update of his model which we will post here once it is available.
Tom and Chris have done a great deal of work on time series, so we will work together on that once the basics of Dan's model have been incorporated into Analytics and Quantities and Units. Note that we decided that the Characteristic class in Dan's model should be Aspect in ours, and UnitOfMeasureType should be Dimensionality (11179) in ours.
