Proceedings:

Today we focused first on the use case, which Ashwin will take a stab at over the coming week once he has access to the wiki (sent an interim PDF for him to review in the interim).  Secondly, we reviewed the ontology and found many issues with the definition of reference index (should probably be renamed benchmark), which needs to be a top-level concept in the overall FIBO ontology.  Issues related to its definition are captured in IND-80.
