Proceedings:
Today we focused mainly on our outstanding DER pull request rather than on IND. With respect to that pull request, we agreed that we need to add a pair of properties - performs and isPerformedBy, and add a restriction to FunctionalEntity in BE to link the functional entity to the legal entity that performs that function rather than using hasIdentity for that purpose. We also agreed to retain the general definition of regulated market, make that class a sibling of exchange, and specialize it with a subclass called regulated exchange, which is both an exchange and regulated market, and then create a subclass of that which corresponds to the EU concept of a regulated market. Then, exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange would be subclasses of regulated exchange and, for example, operating level market, since those are orthogonal concepts.
