Today we started looking at an example of a green loan to see where we need to augment various concepts in FIBO. That loan document is attached below.
Today we mainly worked on adding definitions to the green loans and loan participation notes ontology. Loan participation notes are not the same thing as syndicated loans. The ontology should cover both, and we’ve renamed it to syndicated loans and have added a number of related roles. We will continue the work based on research into a couple of examples such as the one attached to the minutes, as well as input from other experts that we have reached out to and hope will join our team.
