Focus today: look at a couple of FBC changes around Debt and Derivatives.

Need more general definition for Debt Instrument. ISO 10962 is too narrow.

 

Refinement of "date(s)" in FBC to include settlementDate

 

Contract terms are children of commitment--this solves a strange bit of indirection.
