Proceedings:
Discussed adding CFI classification to the instruments that we can represent in FIBO, starting with equities. We have most of the basics in release, aside from depositary receipts on equities. We also have most of the properties required, aside from transferability restrictions and payment status, and possibly some of the form details. For payment status, Pete found the following:

We agreed to start with the equities mapping for the CFI standard, and determine the best approach for representing the classifiers vs. building out the set of subclasses of equities that correspond to those classifiers. Once we have some examples and a pattern to follow, other folks can build out the exhaustive set that they need for any given instrument, as long as we have the set of properties modeled.
For next week, Elisa will build out some of the basic equities classifiers to identify gaps.
