Discussed possible issues related to SEC-135. Example Dividend announcements include:
We may need to make a number of changes - for example, to link the announcement in CAE with the updated dividend schedule detail, the detail in the original term sheet, if provided, and the historical information - see for example, the Coca-Cola announcement, above. Note too that the term 'Dividend' in our ontology reflects the contractual commitment, whereas the payment schedule is a dividend schedule, which needs to include multiple properties per payment (ex-dividend and payment date, among them), and then the payment history for those tracking that, going back ~9 years on the Nasdaq site, for example.
