Proceedings:
We are moving our SEC meeting back to 7:30 am for the 24th. Pete's meeting commitments changed, and he would only be able to join us for 30 minutes if we keep it at 8 am.
Based on the clean up we've done to date, the FCT decided to push the current updates under SEC-170 out, without making the pool-backed securities ontology released yet, as it may need further refinement. This is a decent baseline, however, and pushing it to master makes it easier for people to review.
