Proceedings:

Today we had a short meeting - JG was unable to join us and sent regrets. We mainly discussed general issues, although Pete agreed to review the 3 outstanding pull requests related to metadata changes. Elisa will continue working on those as well as some additional feedback from JG on certificates, and on continuing work on the NIC repo between now and our next meeting.
