Proceedings:

Today we discussed the open work on integrating Commons back into FIBO. We agreed to move a property, isConferredOn, from Relations to LegalCapacity so that we could eliminate what would have been a circular dependency between the Agents ontology and Relations. This work was completed during our call, FND-374. Stay tuned for the updates related to Commons.  We also briefly discussed the ABS work that John has been doing, which we will continue next week.
