Proceedings:

Discussed the current challenges around SEC-145, in which there was a conflation that was properly identified by reasoning that a listing and listed security are the same thing.  The question is whether a ticker symbol identifies a security or identifies a particular offer related to a security in the sense that for a given listed security on a specific exchange, theoretically one could have multiple ticker symbols, one for every variant offer, for example with a different tick size.  If this is the case, then the offer identifies the listing not the listed security, which we should confirm with data from an exchange that lists the same security multiple times.  We should also confirm with respect to what the specific FIGI for the listed security/listing represents.

Pete believes that he has examples of a security from Singapore that is traded on a specific exchange with multiple tick sizes, and will share that as time permits so we can represent it properly.
