Proceedings:
Discussed the definition of market rate, which refers to market trends, which is not right. The definition should be revised to read 'rate that represents a ratio value established in the marketplace for' rather than 'rate that measures market trends for' – need to raise an issue to correct this in Indicators.
For IND-96, we've partially addressed this, but certain economic indicators including CPI, CivilianLaborForceParticipationRate and others still have restrictions on hasIndicatorValue and should not. The value should point to the indicator.
