Proceedings:
Discussed the definition of market rate, which refers to market trends, which is not right. The definition should be revised to read 'rate that represents a ratio value established in the marketplace for' rather than 'rate that measures market trends for' – need to raise an issue to correct this in Indicators.
For IND-96, we've partially addressed this, but certain economic indicators including CPI, CivilianLaborForceParticipationRate and others still have restrictions on hasIndicatorValue and should not. The value should point to the indicator. Elisa will attempt to address this over the coming week.
