Proceedings:
Today we looked at the issues Pete raised against FND-298, and revised hasBasePeriod and hasBaseDate, but did not come to a conclusion as to whether the revised dates and period are appropriately placed on scoped measure. The hasAnchorDate property likely needs to be applied to any index, such as CPI, PPI, possibly a market index, and so forth, but not necessarily to every scoped measure. It might apply at the qualified measure level as long as that measure is for an index. The other properties, hasFixedComparativeDate, hasRelativeComparativeDate and hasRelativeComparativePeriod might apply to a report more than to a scoped measure, but we need to work through that. Homework for this week is to think about it and then see what makes sense over the coming week.
