Proceedings:

Reviewed the posted Q1 2021 release - which (1) no longer goes to a public site but rather transfers to an internal edmconnect web site requiring a login, and (2) has errors when attempting to link to the various ontologies through follow your nose.  Also, the quick start files for turtle should download rather than attempting to open the giant turtle file.
