Proceedings: 

Dan provided an update on the current approach to dealing with statistics at OMG.  Some folks in that group appear to want to do "something model driven", whereas Dan has a specific problem in mind, so getting to a meeting of the minds seems like it will be a ways off.  They really need to be grounded in a set of use cases.
