Model Actions

This page: Specific identified actions and changes to the Foundations model.

This is not the same as longer wish-lists of things to add. This page is to track agreed modifications to the model, which are simple enough not to need a JIRA issue. 

Note that JIRA issues will be needed anyway in order to track changes to the submitted version.

For LOANS

Measurement and measure

Add Measurement in Analytics ontology. No the same as Measure.

Some existing concepts might be able to be used in existing FND. Should be a sub class of occurrence.

Use the LOANS-supplied rdf file for the requirement.
