FIBO FND 1.2 RTF Report and artifacts

The following documents were submitted to the OMG as a part of the FIBO FND 1.2 revision.  Six ontologies were revised in this update, including Agreements/Contracts.rdf, Arrangements/Arrangements.rdf, Arrangements/Documents.rdf, DatesAndTimes/BusinessDates.rdf, DatesAndTimes/FinancialDates.rdf, and Relations/Relations.rdf.

These changes were the outcome of revisions due to the following FND JIRA issues, with corresponding OMG issue numbers in parentheses: FND-69 (FIBOFND12-2), FND-70 (FIBOFND12-3), FND-71 (FIBOFND12-10), FND-76 (FIBOFND12-5), FND-77 (FIBOFND12-6), FND-78 FIBOFND12-7), FND-79 (FIBOFND12-5), FND-83 (FIBOFND12-5), FND-84 (FIBOFND12-7), FND-87 (FIBOFND12-4), FND-88 (FIBOFND12-9), FND-89 (FIBOFND12-8), and FND-90 (FIBOFND12-4).
