Today we looked at IND-96 regarding representation of economic indicator values. See notes in the JIRA issue for IND-96. We also went back to IND-100 - see meeting minutes from 2021-03-05 for some of the conversation around that. Dan forwarded the definition of resident population from the Census Bureau that we also need for that, at https://www.census.gov/glossary/#term_Residentpopulation.
