Frontend "specsite"

An Ontology Architecture can be published on a target site (like https://spec.edmcouncil.org) where the visualization of all the components covered by the Artifact Ontology is handled mostly by a "client side" application (a browser/mobile/desktop application). This Component of the RDFKit architecture is (temporarily?) called "specsite" hosted in its own Github repository: https://github.com/edmcouncil/specsite.
