Elisa: All but 3 OMG resolutions completed. Legal forms and 2 others. Elisa Pink and EDMC Council Pink are the same. Dean and Elisa plan to work Friday together.
Jeff Braswell: LEI is not included in BE?
Dean Allemang: LEI is indeed in BE, but I get confused about whether any change that we made in OWL actually made it in to the OMG BE.
DN: On Jeff LEI question. We will keep LE with min 0 and have an LEI Registered Entity with exactly 1 LEI. We will not have considered edge cases that are in fact errors.
Jeff: International Branches are other edge cases. Need to consider how they are incuded in the LEI framework.
Robert Trypuz: Registration data of LEI was not modeled in FIBO. LOUs are missing.
JIRA 120, 121, 130 done without OMG documentation. Elisa: need to rebaseline the wiki. What is the status of the letters that were used to define resolutions? Dean and DN will cut and paste into a new set of resolutions.
DN: Resolution E critical. DN: Objects to the Concept PartnershipWithOnlyLimitedPartners. MB put this there because he says they exist in other countries. DN says remove until there is proof that it, and others like this, actually exist.

A partnership is a non-incorporated business that is created between two or more people. In a partnership, your financial resources are combined with those of your business partner(s), and put into the business. You and your partner(s) would then share in the profits of the business according to any legal agreement you have drawn up.
In a general partnership, each partner is jointly liable for the debts of the partnership. In a limited partnership, a person can contribute to the business without being involved in its operations. A limited liability partnership is usually only available to a group of professionals, such as lawyers, accountants or doctors.
I.e.: In Canada, a Partnership - either general or limited - is a non-incorporated entity.
Elisa: Need to take a look at E again and rebaseline against current Pink.
DN: Resolutions Q, R, S and others will be perhaps FIBO 2.0.
DN: Misalignments of ownership and control still exist. need to resolve these issues.
Jeff Braswell: Special purpose vehicles, joint ventures, contingency/convertible options on voting rights go beyond simple ownership hierarchies
DN & EK: What belongs in BE or FBC depends on where test data will reside - there seems to be agreement on this. We need to do a much better job with test data. EK: We have test data in FBC that was worked out with Citi. This proved that FBC worked.
Pete: Does BE have any effect on ACTUS? Jeff: No.
