20161018 FIB-BE FCT
DN asking MB the source of some concepts from the original FIBO-BE. E.G. LegallyIncorporatedPartnership under LegalPeron. In the US a Partnership is always a legalPerson. DN wants to remove some concepts that seem to have no basis in fact, or at least are not necessary now.
Need to introduce a JIRA issue for Liability.
DN: Concept of legalPerson should be in FIBO-FND.
MB: Need to be care we do not make FIBO only for the USA. DN: Unless we can prove that a concept is grounded in some legal construct in a jurisdiction, either remove or put into a parking lot. All agree with this. Discussion on the meaning of the word Corporaton.

Elisa creates 2 JIRA issues that eventually will lead to new arguments about how many angels fit on the end of a pin.
DN and Elisa: Need to deprecate concepts under Corporation. Elisa creates a JIRA issue.
Elisa Kendall: An incorporated association is a type of incorporated legal structure made under the Queensland Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) (link is external) <http://www.legislation.qld.gov.au/LEGISLTN/CURRENT/A/AssocIncorpA81.pdf>. A company limited by guarantee is another type of incorporated legal structure made under the Commonwealth Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
DN: Need to further expand the concept Guraantee.
Elisa added a JIRA issue to deprecate the class Child.
EK: We agreed to loosen the restriction on LE. Deprecate LegallyIncorpratedPartnership. EK creates a new JIRA issue.
