As the data from DailyMed was too unstructured for automated alignment to the IMDP Ontology, examples were created with experts based on the textual information on DailyMed or related data. The main purpose of this dataset was to understand the challenges for expressing basis of strength. The following are examples of data that were obtained from DailyMed.

The information from DailyMed were used to define the tablets in the Norvasc constituency:

  <skos:note>NORVASC (amlodipine besylate) Tablets are formulated as white tablets equivalent to 2.5, 5, and 10 mg of amlodipine for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, amlodipine besylate, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate.</skos:note>
