Mark Flood sent regrets.
Today we focused on refining the Actus ontology for contract classifications, primarily discussing challenges in language consistency and definitions, as compared with the terminology used by industry. We discussed potentially mapping to the cash flow structures associated with various kinds of contracts rather than the contracts themselves though not everyone was in agreement about that. We decided to merge this update due to coverage, but raised an issue against the Commons classifiers ontology to augment it to handle classification levels within taxonomies. We also decided that we really need more clarity from the ACTUS team, and hope that Jeff can join our next call.
