Product versus Product Type - actually all the things we consider Product (and therefore all the properties we think should be of a Product Type), are really Product Type. The lower level of 'Individuals'for e.g. an individual lkoan, car, tin of beans etc. are instamce of the 'Thing' that is what the Product takes the form of. This means that Product and Product Type are co-extensive. 

This considerably simplifies the modeling changes needed for Release FND ProductsAndServices to align with our concept models as discussed on previous sessions.
