In CCM when an element is moved from one ontology to another, the URI is updated. This is inconsistent with some modeling practices.
: In FIBO, concept names are unique within a context.
That is, no replication of the same property name in the same ontology.
Work progressing nicely on Loans. Requirements are in a spead sheet that is being worked.
