Proceedings:

Today we initiated work on DER-124, which involves filling gaps in our swaps model to cover additional aspects of the CFI standard that we haven't already explicitly included.  Most of the content is there, and then some, but we did uncover a few gaps which will be addressed by the resolution to this issue.
