Proceedings:

Today we discussed swap data reporting requirements generally, and asked John (N) for an updated reporting requirements list if he can distribute that.  Also, we revised hasLotSize per DER-100 (completed work on that issue resolution), which Pete will merge once the github process passes hygiene testing (in process at the end of our call).
