David sent his regrets for today prior to the meeting, due to a last-minute business requirement.
Reviewed DER-83 changes with respect to options and the contract party hierarchy more generally. This is only a first pass - we have more work to do to figure out who owns what with respect to the underlying asset that an option provides the right to buy/sell.
One of the sources that can assist in teasing out buyers and sellers for options might be the CPMI IOSCO critical data elements (CDE) documents that include some of this, though the terminology may not be technically correct.
