Discussed how to know whether we have good representation of the high level concepts relevant for various kinds of contracts, starting with swaps. There is recent guidance from the CFTC on swap data reporting, available at:
We also looked briefly at the Mifid reporting requirements from the EU to see if we could determine any consistency across the two sets of requirements. The schemas for Mifid reporting are available at https://www.esma.europa.eu/policy-rules/mifid-ii-and-mifir/mifir-reporting-instructions.
